Where do sessions happen?

NOGS, Al Quoz. It's a performance gym with everything we need. If you can't train there, this won't work.

Do I need a NOGS membership?

Yes. The coaching packages don't include the gym membership. You'll need to sign up separately with NOGS.

How many sessions per week?

Most clients do 2-3 sessions per week. We'll figure out what works for your schedule and goals.

What if I'm a complete beginner?

Perfect. That's exactly when face-to-face coaching matters most. We start where you are. No judgment.

Can I try a session first?
